Project Methodology
The phases described encompass the complete system delivery cycle and present a sequence of main milestones for the delivery process.
The phases are gathered initially into 4 groups:
·
Client's Analysis Phases:
Upon the client's signing of a "Letter of Intent", a set of phases is initiated to analyze the client's business and technological environments, resulting in a detailed system design document and the signing of a contract.
·
Project's Phases:
A set of phases aimed to provide a complete delivery of the system which fulfills all requirements in respect to the client's analysis.
·
Training and Support Phases:
A set of phases aimed at providing extensive end-user training to the system and the establishment a comprehensive system support plan.
·
Implementation Phases:
A set of phases describing how the system is implemented in the client's site, upon meeting a pilot success criteria. Subsequent lines implementation is also described.
Each group described above is then divided into its comprising phases. Each phase is a project on its own and the execution of these phases produces, in turn, a comprehensive plan for delivery of a system to the prospective client. Relevant resource personnel are assigned to each phase, and they are responsible for producing detailed documentation describing the phase including all its related components.
