Comtec believes that excellent customer service is crucial to the company's success and, as such, it is an integral part of the Insurance Division. 

All customer issues are channeled to this department and analyzed, and then transferred to the best resource able to provide the solution. Close follow-up ensures a short response time.

Furthermore, Quality Assurance (QA) is inherent to the organizational culture. No product reaches customers without being thoroughly tested by the Customer Service department in order to make sure that the problem has been solved and that all sub-systems are operating properly.
